Travel Health Clinic in Milton

Traveling abroad can bring incredible experiences — but it can also expose you to health risks not found at home. At LiveYoung Medical Centre’s Travel Health Clinic in Milton, we help you prepare for a safe and healthy trip. Our doctors provide pre‑travel consultations, review your destination and medical history, and recommend the vaccines or medications best suited for your journey.

From a professional perspective, our clinic follows guidelines from the Public Health Agency of Canada and the Committee to Advise on Tropical Medicine and Travel (CATMAT).

We provide vaccines such as yellow fever, typhoid, hepatitis A, and traveler’s diarrhea protection, and can prescribe preventive medications like malaria pills when needed. We also supply documentation required for travel, including vaccine certificates.

Please note that most specialized travel vaccines and consultations are not covered by OHIP, but our team will clearly explain which services may be out‑of‑pocket and which are publicly funded.

  • Get destination-specific vaccine recommendations
