From a patient’s perspective, this means having a safe space where you can talk openly without judgment. You don’t need to face mental health challenges alone — we’ll work with you to create a care plan that fits your needs, whether that involves counseling, medication, or connecting you with outside specialists. Everything you share with your doctor is confidential, and visits are covered by your Ontario health card, so there is no cost barrier to getting help.

We also recognize how common mental health struggles are. In fact, 1 in 5 Canadians experiences a mental health problem in any given year (CMHA). This means you are not alone, and help is available. By seeking support early, you can improve your overall health, relationships, and quality of life.
